We've developed a series of in-person experiences to support career advancement for senior professionals in influencer marketing, the creator economy, and the entertainment industry.

WHY? 

The merging of entertainment, media, talent, and technology has dramatically shifted career opportunities and paths. Success in this evolving landscape requires professionals to adapt their skills and industry knowledge to roles and companies that didn’t exist a decade ago.

WHO?

If you have at least six years of professional experience and either work for or aspire to join businesses that partner with or sell to creators, we're developing programming for you. We exist for the doers "behind the scenes" who are eager to contribute, collaborate, and grow in their careers. ​​

WHEN & WHERE? 

Workshops will begin in January 2025 in Los Angeles, New York, and additional cities based on demand.

WHAT?

Programming will be themed around influencer marketing and creator economy business functions, such as client services, business operations, creative strategy, marketing, talent management, and sales. Attendees will gain insight into where opportunities exist, tips for positioning themselves for growth within or beyond their current employers, and the chance to compare notes with others facing similar challenges.

Workshops will be free for invited attendees, supported by sponsors that understand the value of cultivating professional career growth and retention in the industry. Each gathering will include a mix of group conversations, keynote presentations, 1:1 speed networking and breakout group exercises, sponsor demos, and informal time to chat. ​

To facilitate a comfortable environment for peers to speak openly, fellow attendees and content of the workshop must remain confidential. Attendees may not post on social media about the workshop, but may privately discuss the experience and recommend to friends.
