WORKSHOPS
Join Offscreen Resources for a series of in-person experiences designed to address the interests and challenges of professionals in the creator economy, influencer marketing, and entertainment industries.
WHY?
The merging of entertainment, media, talent, and technology has dramatically shifted career opportunities and paths. Success in this evolving landscape requires professionals to adapt their skills and industry knowledge to roles and companies that didn’t exist a decade ago. Our workshops offer a space to explore and discuss the implications of these changes, addressing common questions and concerns. Whether you're new to the industry or are a seasoned exec, you'll leave each session with fresh perspectives, valuable connections, and the confidence to face future challenges.
WHO?
If you work for or aspire to join businesses that partner with or sell to creators, we're developing programming for you. While submitting your information doesn't guarantee entry to every workshop, it will ensure you're notified when workshops relevant to your interests open for registration.
WHEN & WHERE?
Workshops will begin this fall in Los Angeles, New York, Boston, and other cities based on demand. The programming will address common questions and concerns for professionals passionate about storytelling, the intersection of content and commerce, and amplifying the impact of brands and creators.
WHAT?
Each workshop will vary, but may include:
01.
INDUSTRY CASE STUDIES
Symposia featuring analyses of real brand programs and creator businesses. We'll break down successful strategies as well as campaigns that underperformed, exploring the factors contributing to each.
02.
SMALL GROUP SESSIONS
Interactive workshops for groups of 5-15 people. Participants will begin each session with a common goal, have structured independent time to make progress on that goal, share progress with instructor and peers for feedback and walk away from the session with clear action items for next steps.
03.
SPEED NETWORKING
1:1 conversations with experienced industry professionals across diverse backgrounds.
04.
PEER REVIEW
Opportunities to share your resume with hiring managers, your talent roster with brand marketers, or practice your small business pitch for feedback.
05.
MIXERS
Informal chats over cocktails, coffee, and snacks.
Since workshops will be designed to address real needs - your input matters!
